Hello and this is my personal portfolio website.I went for a light blue background and nice curved boxs to put my text in,I used a very playful font to add a more friendly setting for my website.Please know this website has no css code because the css would not work for me although i tried everything to fix it.

hey could someone please help me figure out why my css code is not registering into my project only my html is working. I tried all types of ways to fix it but nothing seems to be helping.here is a pick of my html code.

I added a few boxes so the text would look neater and I changed the background colour to light blue because I taught it looked cool.Here is a peek at what i finnished so far.
