I worked a LOT today! Ran into a few issues with not committing my models so I lost good ones :( But I eventually thought to do a second round of training on real images not just synthetic data and that made the model a LOT better. Still room for improvement like full color, more data, longer training, etc. But the model is getting really good and I will build a web UI soon!

Yeah totally! I am trying to optimize it to run at higher than 8fps on this quality! I am also making a app so you can join slack huddles and zoom calls with this as a filter :)

I train the model on a round of synthetic data followed by COCO images labeled as humans converted to ASCII by a traditional algorithm. This allows the model to be more refined for web cams!
This is so cool and well beyond what my capabilities are at the moment. Keep it up! I bet that the final product will somehow be even cooler!
