A real-time hand tracking mouse control application built in Python.

It uses a webcam and MediaPipe to detect hand landmarks and converts index finger movement into mouse cursor movement. A pinch gesture (thumb and index finger) is used to trigger left mouse clicks.

The system can optionally display a live camera window with hand tracking visualization, and it can be packaged into a standalone executable using PyInstaller.
