Small Update

• There’s a functioning clock (I had to copy code from online but now its flagging me for stealing code from Github or something)
• Fixed the minor issue where if you drag the notes bar under the welcome box it is layered on top so you can grab it back out without it being stuck (forgot there was the z-index factor)

Also I looked at a bunch of other WebOS designs on my feed and I realised that I probably should have made the tabs closeable and openable which collapse into mini app icons but I just came back from camp and I’m not bothered to do that right now

Anyhow the OS is currently looking pretty empty I’ll make sure to lock in tomorrow (although I’ll probably be at Hyde Park or RBG because Road of Legends PoGo is finally starting)

Problems for tomorrow

• Adding calming space ambience
• Make the apps collapsable
  • I want to make it so that when you click the clock in the top corner it opens up into a larger calendar which you can save dates on and there and you can set reminders but I’ll probably have to search up how to do this too)
  • I’ll also make it so that you can edit your name if you entered something wrong in the beginning screen
• Get more raid passes for PoGo

New features

• Working ‘enter button’
  • If you don’t enter a name it sets your user to ‘captain’
• Functioning todo list (is it todo or to do?)
  • Todo list can be dragged around
  • Scroll button on the side so the list doesn’t overflow and get too large

Minor Notes

• If you drag the todo list behind the ‘welcome aboard, user’ then you cant take it back out because its under the welcome box so ill make it so that its the top layer when you drag it on top
• Minor aesthetic tweaks

Upgraded the design and now buttons work

What to add

• Todo list
• Ambience 🎶
• Calendar

Finished the starting page, just doing some art for the background now (also trying to change the font because I don’t like the sharp ariel-type font but I’m struggling to connect google fonts)
