Day 5 of working on my soundboard. I cleaned up the wires some more, verified that there were no errors, and then started copying the button schmatic. I only got the first 3 buttons done. Tomorrow, I plan on doing the rest of the buttons. The wiring is a bit messy still, so I’ll probaly fix that before I do anything else.

Day 4 of working on my soundboard. Unfortunately, the recordings from days 1-3 got lost somehow, so I’m unable to attach them. I’m using the Arduino Nano ESP32 as my microcontroller, a USB for the power source, and there will be 8 buttons, each one capable of playing a sound effect that the user can load onto it. First, I set up the button, did the wiring, all that fun stuff. Today, I simplified all the wiring and make sure there weren’t any errors. The circuit is now ready to be duplicated. Below, you can find attached a picture of what I’ve done so far.
