did some massive design changes. Though the changes may look minute but thoose are massive. the first pic is the new model and second is the old model. Well the old model had some structural flaws.

mgn12 guids added masive weight, and the iron corners were too weak to handle the sag. so the frame woud be tipping like towards me.

the new model solved that by changing the guides direction. added corner brackets which are much stronger. went for dual beams at the base to strenghten it. now i theory the front tipping sag shoud be eliminated. the main load bearing will now be done on the top canteleaver beam.

now just need to designt the y axis holding brackets to hold it firmly.
looks easy but is a tough job as i have to go through the entire mgn12 chineese documentation and also make the design applicable to lead screw which will drive theese motors
