Window Updates

I fixed up the header bar of the home window so now it has a close button and only the window name. The ‘CamOS’ text and time have been moved to the newly made taskbar at the bottom of the screen.

Using the buttons in the taskbar, the windows will be able to open and close. The windows are also draggable now.
