I’ve worked on getting all of the settings to be easily editable, and finished up the settings menu.

• Fixed bugs with setting the hours on 1-12 range
• Fixed the issues with the initialization of the arrays of different times.
• Added EEPROM Code to svae settings between power cut-offs.
• Adjusted the settings menu to be more navigate-able
• Commented-up the code
