X Motor Mount and Z joint
As part of the switch to linear rails, I made a new frame (still using the same 8 extrusions).
Afterwards, I redesigned the X motor mount, which includes the z idler.
I then designed the Z joints with built-in belt tensioners
Redesign for Linear rail
I decided to switch from smooth rods to a linear rail for easier bom sourcing.
Also I figured out how to design the magnet mounts to get rid of the bottom carriage, which simplifies the bom a lot.

X axis Motor Mount
Also changed the top and bottom carriages for a different belt mounting location.
Parametric Frame
I created a parametric frame and modified the other components to fit better
Extruder/Top carriage
Worked on creating the top carriage, which includes a bmg reduction, drive gear, magnets, and a filament sensor.
