What I’m Building: A custom cinematic camera with interface using Python and Tkinter onto a Raspberry Pi 4 and a HQ camera. Why: I am currently filming videos on my phone camera and want to level up but I don’t want to buy anything $500+ so I am making my own and so I can learn skills this summer.

What I did today:
I made the user interface layout using Tkinter (python). I used boolean logic to flip the camera between recording or not recording.

Next steps:
Move code to Raspberry Pi(physical buttons)
Get a touch screen(if possible), lens, buck converter, and battery.
Remember to buy an adapter 🤦🏾‍♂️
