BitWarden Vendor Architecture - Part 5

I kinda hoped that Sync would be easier but its pretty much as hard as Orchestrator, despite looking at the sync logic before hand and having to do less. I also rushed a ton of the stuff, so I need to have another look over the whole codebase and add comments and stuff before I continue again. I also need to handle all the todos and stuff. Tomorrow Im going to work on a lot of the bugs and errors with the runtime, sync and orchestrator because I did rush a lot of it.
