First Release Candidate - Functionality

So I was able to fix quite a few bugs and implement a bunch of the last features I needed to add for the first release candidate. So I changed the network timeout, fixed the annoying padding on some generic items, fix sync, remove duplicate ciphers, fix race conditions, fix item duplication when offline, login view exceptions, change the title placeholder to value, prevent click to copy when editing, prevent sshKey and note from creating linked field, add delete folder message and make the button red, add a custom item for identity so that there arent 4 different fields for the name, add the remove field button, create the codeql thing and fix some stuff so that clientwarden would work with the official Bitwarden servers.
