trying to delte this project Today's progress: Created the first chassis plate in Fusion 360 Added mounting holes for future components Started planning the placement of electronics Tested different sizes to make sure everything will fit This is still an early prototype, and I'll probably make several revisions before printing the final version. Next, I plan to design mounts for the motors and begin laying out the sensor positions. Looking forward to sharing more updates soon! All of this can be see through the github link - even the videos

Ship #1 Changes requested

I built RoboSoto, a robot based on the Romeo ESP32-S3. Throughout this project I slowly added new features including bumper-switch collision detection, photoresistor light tracking, ESP-NOW wireless control, and BNO055 IMU navigation.

One of the most challenging parts was tuning the robot's movement and integrating the IMU to make accurate turns and complete a figure-8 course using sensor feedback because for each tweak it would take 2 - 4 minuites to upload it and that addes up pretty quickly. I'm especially proud of how the project evolved from a basic driving robot into a platform capable of both wireless control and autonomous navigation.

The GitHub repository has the full build process, development timeline, photos, videos, and source code for each stage of the project so others can explore and recreate the robot. - At the bottom of the read me it has videos of some of the live action too. Im still not done yet but I wanted to ship this, If i have anything else to add Ill just make another project to connect them
