Making a particle simulator from scratch, using C++ and OpenGL And I don't know either so yay learning time!!!11!1!

Made the first circle in the window. I am bad and still learning so this took a long time! Hopefully from here I should make better progress as it would be closer to areas I have more experience in. In the future this will need to good rewrite. Currently the circle is set to move with your mouse!
