Wow, today was a rough day. I got my new ESC and I resoldered all the connection perfectly but instead of 1 motor not working all weren’t working. I ordered a new one and intend to check the wiring more meticulously before concluding that it is a FC problem. I am going on a trip for th 20th to the 20th so I will be foreced to only work on software until I come back. Wish me Luck PLS.

Today was a sad day. My new wires came and i replaced them but the one motor still didn’t work. I then narrowed everything down to a baord problem which may have gotten damaged due to my lousy soldering job or some condition before. I ordered a new board will be going on vacation, I can only hope the board arrvies before i go on vacation or i will be left to improve fine tune and perfect my ML and software for this.

Tested the drone with the battery again and the one motor still didn’t work. I also calibrated msot of the sensors included the accelerometer, GPS, and compass. I replaced the motor again and it still didn’t work. I came to the conclusion that it is probably a ESC board problem or a wiring issue. New wires come tomorrow, meaning i can narrow down the issue and do what i can to fix the problem.

Plugged in battery and tested. Found a few bugs. Bug one: one of the motors didn’t work. I resoldered all connections and replaced the motor with a working one, but the motor still didn’t spin. So then I uncapped the battery pull from the motor to see if it was a power issue. The motor still didn’t spin. Then I resoldered all connections, but the motor still didn’t spin. Then I came to the conclusion that it was an issue with the connecting bullet plug wires, so I ordered them. I also wrote some of the code for the Python autonomous flight by SSHing into the Raspberry Pi.
