added my own photography to the site and gave the ui a little makeover. went with a paper like background texture, photo frames, and subtle shadows for a scrapbooky feel. calling it done for now!

decided to redo the CSS myself this time, without AI assistance! this is the current HTML skeleton, with the navigation links and photography section added. time to make it look like an actual website :]

I built a personal website to showcase my projects, interests, and a little bit about myself beyond just tech. I wanted something that felt more personal than a typical portfolio.
The challenging part was figuring out how to structure the content and bring the design I had in mind to life. I’m still learning web development, so this project has also been a way for me to explore HTML and CSS and understand how the two work together.
I’m proud of having built and deployed my own little corner of the internet! I also like how I added navigation links at the top of the page that redirect you to different sections when clicked. It was a simple feature to implement using HTML, but it makes moving around the website much easier. The site’s still a work in progress, and I might add a section to showcase some of my art & photography in the future. :]

working on my personal website, I’ve added a section about myself, my interests, and some of the projects I’ve worked on. it’s a simple white page for now, but I’ll work on the design later. for now, I’m focusing on getting the content and structure right.
