This is Monado (OpenXR runtime) fork that allows you to play VR games just with Android phone. It streams your VR game from PC to Android phone and supports 6DOF (rotation and position in space) and hand tracking. You will need something like Google Cardboard (basically VR gloves from cardboard with two lenses where you put your phone).
