I made a extension that makes you scroll less/made you use more force. A challenging thing was trying to figure out why Chrome wouldn't let me unpach the folder and use the extension(I had to change it in TextEdit) PLEASE NOTE that you need to follow the instruction on "See source code" before trying it out.
