Since last devlog i made a lot of work! First, I added Google Gemini AI, so now SmartFolder AI looks at new images, comes up with a better filenames that fits picture, also it sorts them into new created folders, and saves everything into history.json.

I also started working on the desktop GUI with PySide6; at the moment, it’s only a visual prototype and doesn’t have any functionality yet.

So far everything goes well, the only thing that leaves me speechless is that AI creating some new folders with almost identical names, so nearly every image ends up in a new folder…

I made BrainrotPedia, a fun little website about Italian Brainrot. It has a hero section, Brainrot cards, random facts, and Brainrot rules, all styled with hover effects

The hardest part was getting the layout and CSS to look the way I wanted

Today I started working on Folder Assistant AI! First, I set up the project skeleton and installed all the required libraries, after that I made the first version of watcher.py, which watches a folder and detects new images. Tested it with a few files, and everything works so far

I made a Pokémon-themed WarioWare-style game with three different minigames. Each successful round makes the game faster, so it gets more challenging over time. You have 4 lives, and the goal is to reach 10 points, but you can keep playing in Endless Mode after winning.

The most challenging part was making several different minigames work together while keeping the gameplay fast and smooth.

I'm most proud of building the whole game loop, creating multiple minigames, and making the project playable both in the browser and as a Windows executable.

To test the game, simply open the itch.io page and play through a few rounds. Try to reach 10 points without losing all 4 lives!

Update

-Added a new minigame where the player has to rub Pikachu to charge it up.
-Added music and SFX volume sliders.
-Added fullscreen toggle and quit button.
-Added music for the menu, countdown, gameplay, victory and game over screens.
-Improved scene transitions and audio switching.
-Fixed countdown and game manager bugs.
-Cleaned up UI and game logic.

Focused on improving the game flow and polishing the second minigame. Added the Feed Snorlax minigame with drag-and-drop mechanics, score tracking, Game Over screen, and smoother transitions between minigames.

Next, I’ll create a third minigame and improve the game’s overall visuals.

Today I focused on building the core game manager. I implemented the countdown system, minigame loading, HUD management, and improved the overall project structure. I also finished the first playable minigame and started polishing its visuals.

Next up: I’ll be focusing on building the second and third minigames while improving the game’s visuals, backgrounds, and overall polish. The goal is to make the game feel more complete and cohesive with each update.

I’ve officially started developing PokeWare, my first game made with Godot.

This update is mostly about building the foundation. The main menu and settings screen are finished, scene switching is working, and the audio system now has separate controls for music and sound effects. I also spent a lot of time learning how Godot works and organizing the project so adding new content later will be much easier.

Next, I’ll start working on the core gameplay and the first playable microgames.

Started working on JoynixOS! 🌈

Today I built the first boot screen, created a pixel rainbow loading bar, connected the project to GitHub, and learned the basics of JavaScript. Next step: desktop UI and taskbar.

Ship

Built a Slack bot using Node.js and the Slack Bolt framework. The bot supports several slash commands, including ping, random cat facts and jokes. I also learned how to work with APIs, deploy applications to a Linux server and run them 24/7 using systemd.

Worked on my Slack bot today.

• Added /bmo-ping, /bmo-catfact, /bmo-joke and /bmo-help commands.• Learned more about async/await and working with APIs.
• Set up GitHub for the project.
• Deployed the bot to a Linux server and configured it to run 24/7 with systemd.

Next: add more commands and features.
