Made a Slack app for my personal channel, it can welcome new members, set a reminder, give cat fun facts, greet people, and has a daily reminder with a message that can be changed with a command, the ReadMe contains all the command names and what they do

Added a reminder command, it currently only takes in the amount of minutes and a message but I plan on adding the option to have a daily reminder

Followed the guide and made a Slack app with 3 commands, wallipheus-greet, wallipheus-ping, and wallipheus-cat. Will be adding more commands that use other APIs.
