a sorting head that drops into a normal trash can. you throw something in, it works out what it is and tilts a pan so it slides into either the trash side or the recycling side.

a 9-key bedside alarm clock thats also a ambient info display, wakes you up by telling your phone to play Spotify, and only lets you snooze three times before you have to type a code to shut it up.

BLARE

a modular 3d-printed hydroponic tower where a single pump and a single pipe water every level. no valves, no emitters. the shape of each part does the irrigation.

upload a practice test or worksheet, as a pdf or just a photo of the page, and StudyBuddy reads every question off it, works out what topic each one is, and after u mark which ones u got wrong it schedules them to come back using FSRS (the spaced repetition algo anki uses). the point is it tracks topics across every test u ever upload, so instead of "i got 12 wrong" u get "ur bad at ratios" backed by five papers. the vision model that reads the pages runs on my own rtx 5080 at home instead of a paid api. it dials out to the deployed site for jobs so theres no open port, and if my laptops off uploads just queue.

an electronics parts inventory that tracks how many of each component you own, how many are currently allocated to projects, and how many are actually available to use.
