Agentic Pad – This is my first hardware project! It’s a handwired four-key macropad that switches AI coding modes, saves comeback notes, starts a focus timer, and creates safe Git checkpoints. I wrote the firmware and scripts, soldered the circuit, and built the 3D-printed case myself.
