spent 2 days trying to find out why the tag wasnt receiving anything turns out the decoupling capacitor was too far so it wasnt getting a stable voltage

I am currently writing the code for both the anchor and the tag that will be tracked. Right now the anchor works on its own but the tag seems to have a hardware problem
