DVP (Ver. 0.1)

I’ve implemented the file upload system using Cloudflare R2! (Took forever to find a guide that actually worked 😭 ) I’ve designed the basic front end and styled it, though I’d like to make it a bit fancier given it’s very simple right now, just some text using the Deltarune font.
In the future I’d like to code the accounts and the ability assign specific lines to certain individuals!

I added support for sending menus through Skript which allows for people to easily integrate bedrock menus with their pre-existing code!

I stylized the usage messages and added a permission check for self-menus!
