Proper window management

I finally nailed the window management and am ready to start building apps. For this, I had to replace the resize: both; line in the window.css file, add animations, some data tags to dock icons and windows, and it works well enough. This was painful as I had a good 90% of this working but during a limine restore (bad system update) the project folder got DELETED so I had to go back into the snapshot, copy it over to a file drive, the drive broke, slow recovered history, added final touches and finally pushed this. Fully designed menubar, animated dock, and functional windows

I managed to get functional windows and an animated dock working, but the windows 100% need boundaries on where they can go. I think i can do this in javascript in 10 minutes, but i just want to get in another devlog

i got a boot screen working and the (relatively) organized structure set up. it says 2h 14m but i was typing like a snail since i was watching obsession again xD

added a typewriter effect to this by changing the innerText of the banner at the top
