I made a Custom OS with Claude web using C and assembly.
This project is one of the most time consuming , I had many problems with kernel panic and the OS File System. The first time I started to make GUI, I was so hipped that I completely forgot to implement Widgets to the OS, it already had many apps and stuff, then I noticed why buttons were not working how they should and why text inputs were broken, it was because everything was “hand made”.
Some details to take not are that the OS doesnt create a partition yet, so if you wanna try to on a real hardware, it may break.

Hello Everyone, This is my 2nd Stardance devlog (06/08/2026).

For the past few days I have been working on Dracolax OS, improving the GUI mode and kernel.
I Got:

FPU (Floating-Point Unit) support updated;
Integrated STB libraries to build out a custom TTF font engine;

I didnt implement TTF to the entire GUI mode, since I am still testing.

Alongside general GUI improvements (Widgets).

Hello everyone!

I hope all are doing great.
My name is Yunis, and I am from Mozambique.

I am making a custom OS using C and Assembly!
This is my current focus, Finishing GUI mode of it.

Oh and btw, I am using Claude from Web to make this project.
