@EclipseShadow on TUI Pitch Detector
Well, it’s, kind of, sort of, maybe, complete now! I have a lot of things I want to add, but I don’t know if the motivation will keep up for that long lol. I started this project as just a way to learn Rust by doing, and it turned into a project that I am really happy with!
Something reviewers should note is that the Two-Way Mismatch algorithm is completely broken and unusable, which I did try to fix but I wasn’t able to. I added it more to show off the right column of the UI updating to show new parameters. If you can make it actually stable and usable via changing the parameters (which I don’t think is the issue, but maybe?), please open a GitHub Issue and I’ll look into it.
Something challenging was working with some of the tooling around Rust, especially the compilation because that is not something I was used to.
I am proud of how it ended up, with a very clean UI if I do say so myself, and with (most of) it working exactly as I want.
In the future, I would like fix the issues with the TWM algorithm, add a GUI (using Tauri), and mostly just incorporate this knowledge into future bigger and better projects!
