I made Orphy, an AI-powered singing coach that helps you understand what your singing could improve, and ultimately leverages Google's Deepmind models to understand how you sing and listen to it, and convert that into actionable feedback for different kinds of factors like breath control, pitch, etc. Right now, I only made it to work on "Theme from New York, New York" by Frank Sinatra, but I'm slowly adding coverage for more songs to come.

Went to a hackathon recently, and shipped Orphy! Inspired by Orpheus, we built this AI-powered tool to help people improve their singing. Ever heard a person sing and wonder, “nothing can ever fix their voice cracks?” Now, we changed that nothing to something. Take a look now, and fix your own singing! Made it to only work on “Theme from New York, New York” by Frank Sinatra, but it will be available to more songs eventually!

I edit a lot of videos, andnd every time I opened a new project, I was making the same hundred micro-decisions I’d made on the last project. The same cut rhythm, the same music duck timing, the same color temperature, the same b-roll cadence. None of it was being remembered anywhere. It lived in my head and I re-applied it from scratch, every single time. Existing AI video tools didn’t help. CapCut, Descript, Runway, they would automate slices of the workflow, but none of them understand how I specifically edit. They apply their interpretation of “good editing,” not mine. That’s why I wanted something different: an editor that learns your editorial voice and applies it through a natural language interface. You type “make this section feel tighter” and it doesn’t apply a generic interpretation but rather it applies your interpretation, based on every cut you’ve ever made in the product. That’s Atropos Studio. Made the PRD, more coming soon!
