Small internal improvements

I changed the inner structure a bit, I finally made use of the “Init” class by putting the function in there that initializes the CPU, bus and screen. I also updated the “–help” menu and added a new flag.

The new flag is “-msg”, it takes a string as input and simply prints it to the text buffer for fun. The screenshot below was produced using this flag.

I also made a JPackage in app-image form, but I didn’t release it anywhere yet.
