Built and deployed Devlog Timer for the Frictionless mission! Over 8h 27m of coding sessions tracked across Claude Code and OpenCode, I put together a keyboard-first Pomodoro focus timer and Stardance devlog drafting workbench that logs timestamped milestone notes during each coding sprint, tracks focus streaks in localStorage, and compiles session notes into ready-to-post Markdown devlogs with one click.
