StallTop now actually runs. stalltop opens a live terminal view of every Claude Code session on your machine, and the ones that need you are pinned on top.

The UI is now connected. main.rs only printend a plain table in a loop until now, but now it stats the ratatui screen: a header, a NEEDS YOU panel for sessions waiting for your permission or sessions that hit their usage limit, the session table (status, model, tokens, cost - API cost, age) and a footer.

I also added alerts, which is one of the most important features. When a session starts needing me, StallTop sends a desktop notification and rigs the terminal bell. n toggles notifications, --no-notify and --no-bell turn them off completely.
