1. Automated Tests - Added a pytest suite covering the API, provider filtering, cache reuse, stale data fallback, and 503 responses.
2. Secure Rendering - Escaped launch data before rendering and restricted links to HTTP and HTTPS.
3. Focus Management - Restored keyboard focus to the launch card after closing the detail dialog.
4. Accessibility Improvements - Added a skip link, live status region, aria-busy state, and an accessible dialog label.
5. Error Handling - Added a Retry button and an Offline footer state when loading fails.
6. Reduced Motion Support - Disabled radar, blip, and skeleton animations when reduced motion is enabled.
