OK, so this was quite annoying, It was really hard to find any docs on how esds is decoded, but I got there in the end, these are some of the parts I need to make the ADTS header (https://wiki.multimedia.cx/index.php/ADTS). The decoder is quite bad, and just ignores some cases, but hopefully it will work :)
