Unsure how much of a win this is, but at least FFplay can play the video! However, VLC, built in media players on windows, and more importantly, the video player within iOS 6 cannot play it :( I’ve forced it to use 144p for a while now for a small file size, but it should be able to go quite up in size. Bigger issue is getting it to play, however I think I will wait on that, and work on having it serve the files on the phone so I can debug this a bit easier, and have the player actually like play the files without my syslog stuff. Hopefully I can get the video to play tho :)
