Focus is starting to feel like an actual app now 👀Today I spent most of my time turning the basic study dashboard from my first devlog into a more complete study flow. I worked on the focus timer quite a bit. It now supports preset session lengths as well as custom durations, and I added proper Start, Pause, Reset and Change Duration controls. The analogue clock also changes with the countdown, and when a session reaches zero it stops automatically and shows a completion message. I also expanded the Study page. Each subject now has separate options for reviewing notes, doing practice questions or starting a focus session. I built the navigation between these different areas and made sure you can move back through the app properly without losing the overall flow. A lot of this session was also visual polishing. I redesigned the subject cards, improved the Today section and navigation bar, and added responsive styling so the layout still works when the browser gets much narrower. There were a few annoying CSS problems along the way, especially getting the timer clock layers and study cards to behave properly, but debugging those was probably where I learned the most. I think Focus is at a good point to leave for now. There are definitely things I could expand later, especially the notes and practice-question sections, but the main study experience is working and I’d rather keep it focused than keep adding random features.

Oooh this looks interesting! You should look at some other cool clock designs, I saw this insane one the other day composed of 3 rings for seconds, min, hours, and it would smoothly rotate but in a kind of tactile way, that would be super cool for this! Also maybe gamify it a bit if you havent already, like for every second spent studing reward xp, maybe with a tiny animation of a hour glass filling with xp or smth, that would be SICK!
@eli Thank you man! i think ill take ur advice, gamification sounds fun ill update it on the next devlog
