Qr codes now scan! I got a bit further with the winit stuff too.

Testing Wikipedia’s QR code in the middle of the screen returns the result.
The winit stuff renders a transparent window that’s fullscreen now.
Time to make it a bit more visible and add that cursor.

My inspiration is literally just the windows snipping tool with control + shift + s
