Feature: Sign up!

There a fair bit of set up involved with this.

I had to:

• Add config with environment variables
• Set up postgres database (automatic schema migration)
• Restructure again

So now you can create an account. You can’t do anything yet, and I need to implement the next step of the flow, which is to verify your email.

• Commit 1 - Setup config, database and pretty logging
• Commit 2 - Slight restructure
• Commit 3 - Implement sign up (with HTMX)
