Returning to the Album Rater

Album Rater is now fully saved using LocalStorage. I plan to add exports page exports very soon.
Color palettes also save to LocalStorage and work with a pop-up button next to the edit button.

To Do:

• Add imports/exports
• Tracklist editing before and after page creation
• Manual page creation with user-inputted album data
• Try another music search API (Spotify API needs premium)
• UI updates to polish the look
• Finish up and submit the project
