a devlog a day keeps the heidi away

whats up crustaceans (or c++ devs), some slight changes dropped to rustify
the new changes include:

• functions (half working)
• a very nice looking and updated readme

this readme includes instructions on how to build it or download it and the lore behind it

some interesting lore behind this project as this devlog is very short

Q: what is the inspiration behind this
A: i made this because of the meme that rust developers rewrite c++ in rust

Q: can i use this in production
A: this is not made to be used standalone in production but it could work really well if used with an ai agent, might even write a opencode or claude skill for it.

Q: can this convert c code?
A: no
