Shipped स्याउ OS (Syau OS) v1.3 for the WebOS Jam! 🚀

I wanted to make a web OS that feels alive, developer-friendly, and authentic to Nepal 🇳🇵. Here is what is new in v1.3:

What I Built:
• Syau Studio — Live in-browser Web IDE (HTML/CSS/JS sandbox with hot-reloading & retro templates)
• Meo (स्याउ साथी) — AI OS Copilot (Groq Llama 3.3 / Gemini) + an interactive desktop pixel cat you can pet!
• स्याउ Capture Studio — Screen recorder, canvas snip & markup tool, photo booth filters, and Web Audio waveform memo
• Hardware Telemetry — Real battery status, power modes, and live Cloudflare DNS ping testing
• Dual Theme Engine — Dark Glass & White Light mode + Nepali Bikram Sambat (BS) date converter
• 100% Mobile Responsive — Works smoothly on phones, tablets, and desktops!
