I have finally completed some of the core logic of the project. Namely:

1. Chat (the chat logic for communication with the repo)
2. llm (the llm integrations to enable chatting with the BYOK or local model)
3. retrieve (the thing that retrieves the data from the Github repo and gives context to the app)
