Settings button, bug fixes, scroll bar drag, and a context menu!

This update was just a crazy number of features! I ended up shifting around the top area to make room for a settings button (that I will deal with soon), then I decided to allow scroll bar drag so that you can scroll through a page with the bar, not just your wheel!

The big thing was the context menu; this took the most time and was the most difficult, as it was just a pain to get 2 windows rendering, but now, it works super well!

I also attempted to work on getting a better layout, but I just screwed a lot of stuff up lol, so that didn’t really work out, but that’s ok!
