CAD progress!! I deleted the whole case I made yesterday, I think it looked insanely ugly. I wanted something sleek and somewhat elegant (to the extent it’s possible with a 3D printer). Therefore, I remade pretty much everything from scratch, but it looks a lot better now!

This is the case I made:

If you paid attention, you might’ve noticed a few things:

• I made stand-offs for the PCB
• There are two holes for the audio jacks
• There’s also a hole for the microUSB slot
• The microSD card also has a space in the case already!

This is the microUSB slot. I was not entirely sure how big it should be - I genuinely thought the Raspberry Pi Pico uses USB-C, because of the Orpheus Pico I have laying around - sadly it does not. Maybe I gotta mod it myself :)

The holes for the audio jacks are not too spectacular:

This is the hole for the microSD card (which is blue in this picture). I’m not sure if I even put it in the right way, I guess there’s only one way to find out:
