Firstly I had to buy some electrical components with was probaly the most terios part. If you live in London ON I would strongly recommend Electrical & Electronic Supply Inc it has basically everything you need for a Arduino or the raspberry pi I got all the part no problem and it costed around $50 for all I needed and soldering iron. I did quite a bit of testing with the motors I got and one of them to spin with a simple code and then with a proper code I got all 4 spinning in order.
