Devlog - Knowledge System: Item Creation

Have implemented the base for Athenaeum’s Knowledge system.
Done:

• Created the KnowledgeItem SQLAlchemy model with the UserOwnable trait;
• Added the title, content, type, source_url fields plus the timestamps;
• Created the request/response schemas;
• Implemented the knowledge_services service;
• Created the protected POST /api/v1/knowledge endpoint;
• Integrated JWT auth so that the user’s items are tied to their account;
• Updated Alembic migrations;
• Handled existing records when adding the UpdatedAt field;
• Created the first item in Postgres.

The current API endpoint is POST /api/v1/knowledge.
Further steps are to implement the list of user items,getitem, update and delete endpoints.
