Initialized the Athenaeum Backend

Today’s progress:

• Created backend project structure
• Added Docker Compose services
• Connected PostgreSQL and Redis
• Configured FastAPI application
• Set up database configuration
• Improved .gitignore

The development environment is fully operational. Next milestone is implementing database models and authentication.
