I’ve made a lot of progress on my sander that uses a DC motor controlled by an RP2040 Zero and an L298N. I designed the PCB and 3d printed it. Then spent a ton of time putting on and adjusting copper tape to make sure everything works well. Then I soldered everything together and had to deal with some issues with the PCB, but with a few extra wires, I was able to make it work. Now that the electronics are finished, I’m going to work on the 3d printed case now.
