added em dash(+other ai chars) highlighting sitewide

now it will highlight em dashes, en dashes, and curly quotes in the entire site and it shows this note so you aren’t confused. none of these are in a keyboard (- and – — are different chars) so if it appears its most likely typed by an AI, except curly quotes since macOS by default converts straight quotes to curlies
