add github support by making a custom github client

the custom github client is at pages.tanjim.org/github.com its made because github does not support iframes. it implements most of github features like:

• readme
• releases
• viewing code with syntax highlighting
• basically everything you would need for voting on 99% of projects

and you can always just open it in a new tab if you REALLY need to but the sidebar makes everything a lot faster, for obv reasons it has to be mobile responsive because the sidebar is essentially mobile sized.
