Clipboard++ v0.8.0 is finished and officially live!
This update adds a much smarter rules system for automatically organizing clipboard content. Clipboard++ can now track the source application and apply priority-ordered rules with AND conditions. Rules can match clips by application, content type, language, URL domain, or regex.
I also added automatic actions based on those rules, including pinning clips, adding them to collections, applying tags, and triggering workflows. The new Rule Manager lets you reorder rules, test them inline, and export/import portable rule presets.
Rules are also included in local backups, and the SQLite database has been upgraded to schema v7.
Before releasing, I ran 44 Rust tests, TypeScript checks, production builds, browser UI testing, and the full GitHub CI/release workflows. Both MSI and NSIS installers were successfully built and published.
